Rol del liderazgo digital en la era de la información
Abstract
El Liderazgo Digital (LD) ha emergido como un área de interés creciente en la academia y la industria. Este estudio cuantitativo con enfoque bibliométrico analizó publicaciones científicas sobre LD entre 2018 y 2022 en Scopus, mostrando un aumento sostenido en las publicaciones. Las áreas temáticas evolucionaron desde telecomunicaciones tradicionales hasta concentrarse en el LD en educación y enseñanza digital, culminando en innovación y rendimiento de millennials. Revistas como “Sustainability (Switzerland)” y “Frontiers In Psychology” destacan por su impacto en el campo. Asia y Europa lideran en investigación, evidenciando una rápida adaptación regional al entorno digital poscovid. El análisis de copalabras reveló cuatro clústeres temáticos y destacó tópicos emergentes como “Tecnología Blockchain” y “Cambio climático”. Para futuras investigaciones, se sugiere expandir el estudio a otras bases de datos y periodos más extensos, explorando las razones detrás de la limitada investigación en ciertos países y profundizando en la conexión del LD con áreas menos exploradas como el cambio climático.
