Organizational leadership and organizational change in metalworking companies of Lagunillas municipality
Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to relate organizational leadership and organizational change. The study used primarily the theoretical foundations of the leader and leadership with predictable organizational changes in concerns at the collaborator level. It has a descriptive correlational character in the theoretical development of the authors Barboza (2014), Blanchard (2007), Geneva (1997), Madrigal (2005), McFarland and col (2007) and Quigley (1997). In addition, becomes a description of the leadership and vision, the results show how the concerns of employees compared with organizational leadership styles tale as: address, training, support, and delegation. Develops the involvement and influence of change. As a conclusion, the leader must have a clear vision to achieve consensus between organizational leadership and change in the direction of the organization, it was recommended to educate the leaders, because education in leadership is a fundamental requirement in organizations.
