Vasculitis Necrotizante por picadura de araña (Reclusa Parda) reporte de tres casos
Abstract
Se presentan tres casos de Vasculitis Necrotizante debida a picadura de araña especie ";reclusa parda"; (Loxosceles reclusa) en niños residentes en zona rural del Estado Zulia (Venezuela) tratados con corticoesteroides, antibióticos debido a infección secundaria por Pseudomonas aeruginosa e injerto músculo cutáneo de Grácilis anclado por encima de sínfisis de pubis a fin de reconstruir las regiones tisulares mencionadas en dos de los tres casos reportados.
