Investigación de anticuerpos contra Brucella utilizando tres pruebas serológicas en donantes de sangre

Abstract

Se investigó la presencia de anticuerpos contra Brucella en cien (100) donantes de sangre y en un (1) caso de Brucelosis humana, utilizando tres pruebas serológicas. En el grupo de donantes, no se encontraron títulos significativos, a diferencia del caso de Brucelosis, donde sí se observaron. Además se pudo demostrar buena relación de los resultados con las tres pruebas utilizadas.
