Déjà lu or déjà vu at the teenage literary reception
Abstract
This research aims to delve into those adolescent vernacular practices (n=647) for the recognition of the literary brand of universal classics. The methodology has been organized in two phases using the questionnaire technique: in the initial phase, the factors involved in the reception of the literary work were analyzed and, in the second phase, those marks -literary or visual- by which the adolescent reader recognizes the work were determined. The results obtained lead us to propose that “déjà lu” and “déjà vu” converge and interrelate in the literary education of today's adolescent.
