CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: ETHICAL COMMITMENT TO DEVELOP A STABLE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE

Abstract

Non-experimental documentary research deals with corporate social responsibility, understood as the active and voluntary contribution to social, economic and environmental improvement by companies, through campaigns that stimulate the best of the human being. To achieve this purpose it is essential to respond to the active and voluntary contribution of companies, focused on serving society with useful products and fair conditions, seeking dignified working conditions, maintaining business ethics, ensuring savings of resources by respecting the environment, while improving the possibilities and opportunities of the communities where it operates. Some authors who support this research are: Guevara (2013), Miquilena (2011), Robbins (2004), Cortina (2003), Drucker (1998), among others. In conclusion is the need for organizations to create their identity in order to promote and promote the sense of organizational belonging in order to achieve group welfare, which translates into a reward for all workers for having achieved the proposed objectives. In this way, they will be sufficiently motivated to continue carrying out their tasks with greater emphasis and enthusiasm.
