Abstract

The Peer-Reviewed Journal of Management Training of the Eastern Lake Coast Core of the
University of Zulia is pleased to present the first issue of the journal's 24th year,
corresponding to May 2025. This new edition is dedicated to promoting reflective and
critical thinking and innovative scientific research in the fields of social, political,
economic, humanities, and technical sciences. This academic space was created with the
purpose of disseminating knowledge through an interdisciplinary approach and dialogue between
knowledge sources, contributing to the sustainable and equitable development of our communities.
