PROEMIO Hacia un horizonte común: Ciencia, arte y cultura

Abstract

Los estudiantes somos mineros laboriosos que con la barra del estudio exploramos en las minas de la ciencia, riquísimos filones, con este pensamiento del maestro Jesús Enrique Lossada, inicio mi reflexión, inscrita en una época y situación país, minada de dificultades, retos, polarización, iniquidad y calamidad que hemos heredado nosotros los jóvenes; esto nos convoca a la búsqueda creativa y activa que ha generado altos niveles de equidad, en el acceso al proceso de investigación y a la democratización de la información. Esto es denominado por Massarini (2009), reapropiación social de la ciencia, es decir, se introduce una nueva forma de administrar el fenómeno científico-tecnológico con participación de estudiantes y comunidades gestoras y beneficiarias del conocimiento.
