URBANISM, SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGIES AND SOCIAL IMPACT: THE FORCE THAT INDUCES CHANGE
Abstract
As a result of the changes that have occurred in this decade of the 20s, urban growth is increasing significantly on a global scale, where environmental problems of anthropogenic origin have increased their area of impact. Increasingly, urban centers require physical space to build housing, in villas or residential complexes in order to offer a comfortable home, with sustainable technological advances and good living conditions for users.
