Abstract

We are experiencing difficult times in Venezuelan universities as a result of the difficult economic situation they face and the budget cuts to which they are subject; situation that is exacerbated by the current COVID-19 pandemic, which forced people to abandon university spaces and work virtually, a situation for which many were not prepared due to the lack of resources to acquire the necessary equipment and technology and thus be able to face these new challenges.
