Abstract

The present research article has as a general objective an interactive stop model for Smart city, two defined objectives were formulated as; Describe the current situation of urban bus stops in the city of Maracaibo and design schematic diagrams of work with interactive bus stops models. From the methodological point of view, it is structured as do- cumentary research according to Bernal C. (2006), with a non-experimental design defined by Toro I. and Parra R. (2006), and a transactional type, ba- sed on Mar C, Barbosa A. and Molar J. (2020). The population and sample were made up of a single unit of analysis, an interactive stop in the area of urban transport. During data collection, techniques such as direct observation on a tour of some stops in the city were used, as well as checklists and as- sessment scales as instruments. From the theoreti- cal point of view, this work is supported by Solano A. and Cardona J. (2015), Mar C, Barbosa A. and Mo- lar J. (2020) and Figueredo J. (2019). In the results, three models of stops were obtained that adapt to the needs that currently have the users of the model city, the obtained ones were assigned the names of Main Stop, Convergence Stop and Passage Stop, additionally, the suggested network structure and control model that the whole system should have.
