Approach for the self-sustaining of social Entrepreneurship in dignitaries of the communal action boards (JAC), commune 3 of the municipality of Maicao
Abstract
The new trends are based on a society full of competitive challenges, opportunities to grow in innovation and sustainable development, in this way it has been evolving through social entrepreneurship strengthened in teamwork where economic development is transformed in order to improve living standards in society. In the same sense, the evolution of social progress depends on its sustainable economy where it is important to undertake from different social approaches. The present study aimed to describe the characteristics of social entrepreneurship in the dignitaries of the communal action boards of commune 3 of the municipality of Maicao. Methodologically, it is framed from a positivist, descriptive and field approach. The population consisted of 24 neighborhoods, with a total population of 528 dignitaries. A representative sample of 223 subjects was taken. To collect the information, a questionnaire with an alternative response (Likert Scale) was used. The results indicate that the social entrepreneur makes decisions and manages their own point of view, maintains a high level of cognitive and personal flexibility, and has the ability to learn from mistakes and humility in the face of life; the social entrepreneur, has the social objective to benefit the community directly and indirectly. It could be concluded that the characteristics of the social entrepreneur show very regular aspects, in terms of ethical values to transform threats into opportunities, and in this way advance in the achievement of their objectives.
