Instrumento de evaluación de la cultura organizacional: revisión sistemática de su aplicación
Resumen
La cultura organizacional es una de las áreas de mayor interés en la gestión organizacional, contando con un importante desarrollo de instrumentos para su evaluación en las últimas cuatro décadas, entre los que destaca el instrumento de evaluación de la cultura organizacional. El propósito de esta investigación fue describir desde una visión general la aplicación del Instrumento de evaluación de la cultura organizacional en diversos países y contextos organizacionales. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura, basados en la metodología PRISMA, donde se analizaron 22 artículos identificados en bases de datos Web of Science (WoS) y SCOPUS, considerados relevantes para el estudio. Existe un predominio de la utilización de del instrumento en contextos educacionales y de salud, contando con procesos de validación en algunos idiomas. Se observó una tendencia hacia la convergencia en los tipos de cultura actual y deseada en algunos tipos de organización, pudiendo establecer hipótesis sobre algunos patrones detectados.
