Liderazgo creativo y estrategias de innovación: pasión emprendedora como mediador

Resumen

El liderazgo creativo, las estrategias de innovación y la pasión emprendedora son herramientas gerenciales para que las empresas sobrevivan y se fortalezcan. Esta investigación tuvo un doble propósito, el primero, fue analizar el efecto del liderazgo creativo sobre las estrategias de innovación. El segundo fue examinar el papel mediador de la pasión emprendedora entre el liderazgo creativo y las estrategias de innovación. Con una muestra de 406 cuestionarios se aplicación de las técnicas cuantitativas de análisis multivariante necesarias en la metodología de ecuaciones estructurales, para la comprobación de las hipótesis sobre las relaciones causales entre los constructos latentes descritas en un modelo conceptual. Los resultados muestran que el liderazgo creativo produce un impacto positivo directo sobre las estrategias de innovación, e indirecto a través de la pasión emprendedora. Se concluye que la pasión emprendedora ejerce el rol mediador entre el liderazgo creativo y las estrategias de innovación.
