Gestión pública basada en evidencias: modelos para la toma de decisiones informadas

Resumen
El presente estudio aborda la gestión pública basada en evidencia como un enfoque clave para optimizar la toma de decisiones en contextos regionales, con énfasis en la región de Junín, Perú. El trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo la implementación de modelos basados en evidencia contribuye a la toma de decisiones informadas en la gestión pública de Junín. Se empleó un diseño metodológico cuantitativo, exploratorio y descriptivo, con la aplicación de una encuesta estructurada a 165 participantes. La encuesta evaluó cinco dimensiones clave: conocimiento, percepción, aplicabilidad, limitaciones y resultados esperados de los modelos basados en evidencia. Los datos fueron analizados mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial, lo que permitió identificar tendencias y correlaciones significativas. Los resultados revelaron que, aunque los funcionarios tienen un conocimiento moderado sobre los modelos basados en evidencia, su implementación enfrenta barreras como la insuficiencia de infraestructura tecnológica, la falta de capacitación técnica y la resistencia organizacional. Sin embargo, se destacó un amplio reconocimiento de su utilidad para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la transparencia en la gestión pública. Se subraya la necesidad de inversiones tecnológicas, programas de capacitación y liderazgos institucionales comprometidos para fomentar la adopción de estos enfoques.
