Cultura de calidad: Una revisión bibliométrica sobre su impacto en las organizaciones
Resumen
El estudio y análisis de la calidad en sus diversas dimensiones se ha convertido en un campo de investigación de gran relevancia, con enfoque interdisciplinario que involucra disciplinas como la ingeniería industrial, gestión de operaciones y psicología organizacional. Por ello, este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la tendencia general de los estudios relacionados con la cultura de calidad en todo el mundo, utilizando la metodología de análisis bibliométrico. Se utilizó la biblioteca Bibliometrix y RStudio para analizar datos obtenidos de la base de datos Scopus desde 1982 hasta febrero de 2023. Se encontraron un total de 556 publicaciones utilizando la ecuación de búsqueda TITLE-ABS-KEY ("Quality culture”) AND (LIMIT-TO (DOCTYPE, "ar”)). El promedio de publicaciones de los últimos 5 años se acerca a 40 producciones científicas en el tema de estudio. Se identificaron principales países, autores, instituciones, revistas, áreas temáticas y palabras clave de dichos estudios. Las principales temáticas de análisis incluyeron su relación con la gestión de calidad total, calidad 4.0, calidad y desempeño organizacional. En conclusión, ésta revisión proporciona una visión general de la producción científica sobre el objeto de estudio y también identifica factores asociados a la cultura de calidad y su contribución al desarrollo de las organizaciones.
