Inclusión social del pueblo Montubio de Ecuador a través de las prácticas musicales
Resumen
En el contexto actual de globalización y exclusión, las prácticas musicales tradicionales desempeñan un papel crucial en la preservación de la identidad cultural y el fortalecimiento de la cohesión social, como elementos determinantes de la inclusión social. El objetivo del artículo fue analizar la inclusión social del pueblo Montubio de Ecuador a través de las prácticas musicales. Este estudio exploratorio, cualitativo se basó en una revisión bibliográfica y un análisis documental sistemático de fuentes académicas, para investigar las dinámicas culturales, sociales y económicas de las prácticas musicales montubias y su impacto en la inclusión social. Los resultados revelaron que las prácticas musicales del pueblo Montubio empoderan a las comunidades y fomentan la cohesión social. Sin embargo, este patrimonio cultural enfrenta desafíos significativos para su conservación y visibilización, de manera especial, en lo institucional. Se concluye que las prácticas musicales del pueblo Montubio tienen un impacto significativo en su identidad cultural, cohesión social e inclusión social, además de contribuir al desarrollo económico mediante el turismo comunitario. A pesar de algunas limitaciones, como la escasa producción de estudios disponibles en bases de datos académicas y la naturaleza no generalizable del enfoque cualitativo, en conclusión, se subraya la importancia de estas prácticas culturales.
