Gestión de Proveedores en la Cadena de Suministro de la Minería del Cobre en Chile
Abstract
El propósito de esta investigación fue caracterizar la gestión de proveedores en la cadena de suministro de la minería del Cobre en Chile, a través de la información obtenida en la aplicación de una encuesta a directivos de las compañías mineras en el año 2018. Los resultados más significativos obtenidos en esta investigación permitieron evidenciar que la gestión de proveedores se desarrolla mayoritariamente en los niveles estratégico y táctico de las compañías mineras y está institucionalizado a través de una política y un manual, con un proceso formal de compra que está diferenciado por bienes y servicios. Se pudo concluir que la calidad es una variable fundamental en la evaluación y selección de sus proveedores.References
